Odair Ferro, renowned designer and creator of Premier Plus, drew inspiration from outdoor footwear and the quest for the perfect combination of comfort and visual appeal. The production process of Premier Plus is a testament to its quality. The footwear is crafted using a wide last, providing ample space for added comfort. The lasting process involves strobel stitching, while the dual-density sole is created through direct injection. To enhance stability, an orange TPU plate is added. The hooks, made from lightweight plastic, are equipped with pins that seamlessly match the TPU plate.

Technical specifications of Premier Plus include nubuck leather, Outlast lining materials with microcapsules for temperature control, polyester laces, a thermoplastic stiffener, a synthetic material insole, a PU inner sole, and a dual-density PU sole with an orange TPU plate.

Odair Ferro's research for Premier Plus focused on finding the perfect combination of materials to achieve comfort, thermal control, and safety. One of the main challenges was sourcing the material for temperature control, as there are limited options available specifically for footwear. However, Ferro successfully collaborated with a supplier who incorporated the same technology used in astronaut's clothing into the footwear lining, resulting in the perfect product.

The Premier Plus project commenced in July 2016 in Dores de Campos, Brazil, and was completed in October of the same year. It was showcased at the Fisp Fire Show in São Paulo in October 2016, garnering attention and acclaim.

With its innovative design and exceptional performance, Premier Plus has been recognized for its excellence.
